Type a vibe.
Get a palette.
Moodpalette turns a short brand or mood description into a cohesive, copy-ready colour palette in seconds — so you can stop staring at colour pickers and start designing. Every palette is checked for WCAG-AA contrast as it's built.
Your palette appears here with role assignments and live WCAG contrast scores.
How it works
Three steps from a sentence to a brand-ready palette.

-
02
Get a palette
The engine returns five balanced colours tuned for digital brand use — backgrounds, surfaces, primary and accents.
-
03
Copy & ship
Click any swatch to copy its hex. Drop it straight into Figma, Tailwind, or your design tokens.
Designed for builders
Made for designers, founders, and anyone shipping a brand this week.
Instant results
Palettes generate in the browser. Iterate as fast as you can rephrase a vibe.
Mood-aware
Colours map to the feeling, industry, and audience you describe — not random hues.

FAQ
What is Moodpalette?
Moodpalette is a free browser tool that turns a short brand or mood description into a five-colour UI palette — background, surface, primary, accent, and text — ready to paste into Figma, Tailwind, or design tokens.
Is it free?
Yes. Generating palettes and copying hex codes is free and needs no account. The paid plans above are planned features and aren't available yet.
Does it use AI?
No. Moodpalette uses a rule-based colour engine that maps your description to a colour family and harmony scheme, then enforces UI rules in code. It runs entirely in your browser — no model, no server call, nothing leaves your device.
Do the palettes meet accessibility contrast standards?
Body text is forced to at least 4.5:1 contrast against both the background and surface colours (WCAG AA), and every palette shows a live contrast report so you can verify each pairing yourself.
Can I use the palettes commercially?
Yes. Colours aren't copyrightable, so any palette you generate is yours to use in commercial or personal work.
